Following the conclusion of the initial consultation on the future of Westcott CE School, the Governors, the Oxford Diocesan Board of Education and Buckinghamshire Council have reviewed the responses from the consultation, together with the current situation in regard to pupil numbers at school. Based on the outcomes, they have decided to publish a statutory notice launching a 4 week representation period on the proposal that the school closes on 31st August 2024.  The Statutory Notice will be published in the Buckinghamshire Herald today (8^th May 2024).

The closing date for comments is 11:59pm on Tuesday 4^th June 2024.

The final decision on the proposal will be made by the Leader of Buckinghamshire Council in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Education and Children’s Services.
